  • 1. Faculty Development Programs (FDPs): Organizing and conducting Faculty Development Programs to upgrade the teaching, research, and administrative skills of faculty members. Offering specialized training in pedagogy, curriculum development, assessment techniques, and research methodologies.
  • 2. Orientation Programs: Providing orientation programs for newly appointed faculty members to familiarize them with the institution's academic policies, procedures, and culture. Introducing them to innovative teaching methods, educational technology, and resources available for effective teaching and learning.
  • 3. Refresher Courses: Conducting refresher courses to update the knowledge and skills of experienced faculty members in their respective fields. Offering advanced training in emerging areas of research, interdisciplinary studies, and pedagogical innovations.
  • 4. Interdisciplinary Workshops and Seminars: Facilitating interdisciplinary workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote collaboration, knowledge exchange, and networking among faculty members. Encouraging interdisciplinary research and teaching initiatives to address contemporary societal challenges and global issues.
  • 5. Capacity Building in Educational Leadership: Providing training and capacity building programs for academic administrators, department heads, and institutional leaders. ICT Training and E-learning Initiatives:Offering training programs on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools, e-learning platforms, and digital resources for effective teaching and learning.
